THE CEDRIC
FORD PAVILLION
The Cedric
Ford Pavilion is the
showground's flagship venue for catering
and functions. The main room is situated
on the ground floor and able to accomodate
dinners and banquets of upto 400 people
at any one time. For smaller bookings
we are able to screen off half of this
room making it ideal for conferences
or lunches. The Cedric
Ford Pavilion has
its own kitchen facilities and two huge
bars, each one 43 feet in length. The
building can be equipped with every
type of visual aid and equipment needed
for a modern day business presentation.

The
Cedric
Ford Pavilion is
fronted by an experienced General Manager
and a motivated management team capable
of turning your individual requirements
into a top class function. The Head Chef
leads a team of 2 full time chefs who
have earned an excellent reputation for
the quality and range of their culinary
skills in producing top menus to suit
all occasions.
The Cedric
Ford Pavilion is
an eye catching building, with its rustic
alpine lodge exterior and huge gless frontage
which looks out onto the Main Events Ring
of the Newark Showground.

Situated
on the first floor of the Cedric
Ford Pavilion is
the President's
Suite, which has
a luxurious ambience created by crystal
chandeliers and elegant carpeting.The
main glass doors of the suite open out
onto a large balcony providing panoramic
views of the Showground. The President's
Suite can accomodate
up to 85 people for more private functions
such as meetings and smaller conferences.
The Cedric
Ford Pavilion's forte
is that it can accommodate and cater for
all events from the smallest of functions
such as meetings and conferences to the
largest of banquets, dinners and exhibitons.

THE SIR STUART
GOODWIN PAVILION
The Sir
Stuart Goodwin Pavilion
provides an attractive open-beamed ceiling
room capable of catering for 200 people
banquet style or 300, theatre style for
meetings, conferences etc. The ideal venue
for weddings, it is fronted by a landscaped
garden and overlooks the Showground's Newark
Ring at the rear. Another room will cater
for 100 people for meetings or a slightly
smaller number for dinner parties. Both
rooms have bars and full catering facilities
are available. |

THE
COUNCIL CHAMBER
The Council Chamber has access to toilets
and its own small bar, catering for up to
40 people. It is eminently suitable for
training courses, meetings, small seminars
or as a lecture facility. It can be hired
simultaneously with the Sir
Stuart Goodwin Pavilion.

THE JOE
HALLAM PAVILION
The Joe Hallam Pavilion
is situated near the main entrance and
again has toilets, a dedicated kitchen
and bar, showers are also available. This
facility can be used as a restaurant,
seating up to 200 people. It is adjacent
to the Crocker Halls, which contain a
snack bar facility. |
The Hollingworth
Pavilion adjoins the
Joe Hallam
and is suitable for use as an office, shop,
or private catering facility. If used for
catering, it can be serviced from the Joe
Hallam pavilion kitchen, but is only able
to seat 10 people. Meals and snacks can
of course be provided from the Joe Hallam
for events which use this facility as an
office.
