Cedric Ford Pavilion
The Cedric Ford Pavilion is the showground's flagship venue for catering and functions. The main room is situated on the ground floor and able to accommodate dinners and banquets of upto 400 people at any one time. For smaller bookings we are able to screen off half of this room making it ideal for conferences or lunches. The Cedric Ford Pavilion has its own kitchen facilities and two huge bars, each one 43 feet in length. The building can be equipped with every type of visual aid and equipment needed for a modern day business presentation.
The Cedric Ford Pavilion is fronted by an experienced General Manager and a motivated management team capable of turning your individual requirements into a top class function. The Head Chef leads a team of 3 full time chefs who have earned an excellent reputation for the quality and range of their culinary skills in producing top menus to suit all occasions.
The Cedric Ford Pavilion is an eye catching building, with its rustic alpine lodge exterior and huge gless frontage which looks out onto the Main Events Ring of the Newark Showground.
Situated on the first floor of the Cedric Ford Pavilion is the President's Suite, which has a luxurious ambience created by crystal chandeliers and elegant carpeting.The main glass doors of the suite open out onto a large balcony providing panoramic views of the Showground. The President's Suite can accommodate up to 85 people for more private functions such as meetings and smaller conferences.
