Sheep entries hit a new high at Newark
Over 350 sheep entries have been received for the forthcoming Newark & Nottinghamshire County Show (8 and 9 May), hitting a modern-day record high with an increase of almost 20 per cent over 2009. There will be separate classes for Beltex, Jacob and Southdown while Suffolk, Charollais and Texel entries have increased significantly.
