1. Introduction
We welcome entries from Nominated or Open, Vintage
or Classic tractors. Trade Stands should contact
the show office for the relevant form. Tel: 0870

2. Gate opening times for exhibitors
Thursday 0900 – 1700 Friday 0800
– 2200. All exhibitors arriving after this
time will have to park up on the Blue gate runway
until 0600 Saturday morning when the gates open.
3. Event times
The show is open between 0900 & 1700 on Saturday
and 0900 & 1530 on Sunday. Exhibitors must
attend both days. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST BE
IN PLACE AT THE SHOW BY 0830 ON BOTH DAYS AND
WILL NOT LEAVE UNTIL THE SHOW FINISHES AT 15.30
ON SUNDAY THE 11TH NOVEMBER 2007.
4. Closing Date of Entries.
Entries close on Monday 1st October 2007. It may
be necessary to close entries before the advertised
date, therefore entries should be made as early
as possible.
5. Caravan Passes.
These will allow access to the camping area. Please
ensure you indicate your requirements on this
form.
6. Responsibility
Exhibitors participate in this event at their
own risk, as the Newark & Nottinghamshire
Agricultural Society cannot be held responsible
for any loss, damage or accident, however caused.
It is therefore recommended that exhibitors hold
a valid Insurance Policy.
7. Vehicle Passes
A Vehicle Pass allows vehicles onto
the showground for the duration of the show. Exhibitors
must arrive during the times indicated above to
gain access to the showground. NO VEHICLE MOVEMENT
will be allowed while the show is open to the
public.
8. Passes & General Information
All information will be dispatched 2 weeks prior
to the Show.
All Exhibitors will receive (in the post):
a. Exhibitor Card to be filled in neatly for display
with exhibit.
b. Exhibitor Number & Vehicle pass to be shown
at gate.
c. Exhibitor letter that must be brought with
you and will be signed by the hall steward to
receive your weekend admission badges.
9. ON ARRIVAL
a. Unload tractor/s or exhibits and take your
letter to the hall steward for signature.
B. With this signed letter, go to the Organisers
office (in Cedric Ford Pavilion Friday 0900-1700
to collect your badges. (2 badges per exhibitor,
additional passes must be purchased). EXHIBITOR
BADGE MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES. THIS BADGE IS
NOT TRANSFERABLE.
10. Tracked or metal wheeled vehicles
Please seek advice from stewards on
arrival before unloading.
11. Once tractors are in position, All batteries
must be disconnected.
On completion of the Entry Form,
you have agreed to abide by the Conditions of
Entry and note that you must be in place at
the Show by 0830 ON BOTH DAYS and WILL NOT LEAVE
UNTIL THE SHOW FINISHES AT 15.30 on Sunday.
You also understand that the Newark & Nottinghamshire
Agricultural Society cannot be held responsible
for any loss, damage or accident, however caused
and it is therefore essential that you hold
a relevant insurance policy. You also undertake
to conform to all the rules and regulations
of the Show.
