The Barns themselves have been most sympathetically restored, offer luxury accommodation, and are surrounded by open fields with miles of walks and cycle routes.

Each Barn has its own individual character and varies in size with sleeping accommodation from between four to seven people.
Should you wish to stay a large group of families and friends, then the four Barns may be booked together offering accommodation for up to twenty-one guests.

No 31 Castle Gate has 9 boutique rooms in the centre of Newark On Trent just 3 miles and 8 minutes’ drive from Newark Showground.

We have six double rooms, one family room with bunk beds and two suites for those longer stays which include a separate living area. All rooms are en-suited.

Situated only 4 miles from Newark Showground, Orchard Stables has 6 luxury glamping cabins. Each has a double bed, double sofa bed, en-suite shower room, kitchenette, dining table & chairs, tv, fire pit and 4 have wood fired hot tubs. The price per night is from £95 for 2 adults and 1 car. Extras like bedding can be hired at time of booking or logs and charcoal can be purchased on site.

Horses are also welcome to stay in an individual field right next to the site. No stabling available.

The Coach House Collingham is situated within the grounds of a lovely old farm in a conservation village which is only 3 miles from the A1, A46 and the Newark Showground. The Coach House Collingham sleeps up to 4 people and can be self catering or bed and breakfast. It has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with overhead shower and a sitting room with satellite TV. Further accommodation is available in the main Farm House comprising of an EnSite family room and a twin room with private bathroom. A full English Breakfast is available in the large farmhouse kitchen; early breakfast is available on request.

Horses, dogs, children and wellies are all welcome with excellent stabling. There is ample off-road parking in a gated yard for cars, horseboxes and trailers with hook-up if needed. Wi-Fi access is available in both The Coach House Collingham and Farm House.

Situated less than Five miles from the showground and under a 15 minute drive. Offering en-suite rooms priced from £50 per night, all include free fast wifi. The bar serves Real Ales and Ciders, boasts a gin selection of over 50 and an excellent selection of wines.

Garden cottage is a spacious two double bedroom annex that sleeps up to 4 people, breakfast and towels are provided as part of your stay. Grooms Cottage is a one-bedroom annex that can be used on its own or in conjunction with Garden Cottage, both also have put you up beds. We have plenty of off-road parking.
